If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 7 days and receive full reimbursement if the items are intact and have not been opened.
Remember that the items must be unopened before returning and must be returned in their original packing.
The method of returning items is as follows:
Send an email to Customer Service: email@example.com indicating the reason for the return.
In the case of damaged goods, please also attach a photo of the damaged items. Use the original box the goods were shipped in or in case of damaged box, use one of equal dimensions and strength. If goods are damaged upon their return to Diacceroni we will not be able to reimburse you.
The return shipping is not reimbursable if a substitute order is shipped out to you. You will not incur return shipping costs if the goods were defective before arriving at your house.
If, however, you return the order for no valid reason the cost of shipping will be incurred by you.
