Wine Rosè


Our Rosé is made from Sangiovese, one of the most diverse and dynamic grape of Italy and Canaiolo grapes. Our rose wine is extracted from the Sangiovese grapes and strained from the skins of the grape at the moment of pressing, thus preventing the wine from becoming too dark colored.



Wine characteristics

The process is much the same as our white wine, however it is slowly fermented at a much lower temperature. The result is a fruity wine, copper red colour that sparkles in light, with notes of fresh strawberries, green apple, roses, and yellow peach. Fresh and persistent Round, fresh and pleasant our Rosé has a perfect balancing between sweet long lasting tannin sensations and light fruity flavours.


Sangiovese 8o% and 2o% Canaiolo.


Fragrant and pleasing this wine is an ideal compliment on hot days with light meaìs and as an aperitif.
