Preparation: the wild boars that we use for our ragù come from controlled killing of the numerous reserves in our area. They are processed entirely by hand just like you do at home, a very long cooking time and many many aromas make our wild boar ragout an experience, for those who have never tried it, and a confirmation for those who knows already our cuisine
Ideal for: our sauce is perfect for pappardelle just like it is cooked in Tuscany during the holidays, but very good it is also served on croutons or on a steaming polenta
