Description
Wine characteristics
To raise these grapes we choose the loosest, almost sandy soils that we know are able to give us the most intense aromas. Vermentino is, in fact, a semi-aromatic variety capable of producing particularly intense aromas in this type of soil. Harvested by hand, it ferments at a low temperature in steel tanks where it matures a few months before bottling.
Upon harvest, the grapes are meticulously selected and processed at a controlled temperature with systems of advanced enological techniques, which allow to safeguard the structural balance and primary aromas, fresh and pleasant, for a wine rich in unmistakable aromas and flavors.
Pairing
Ideal for aperitifs, it goes well with fish dishes, vegetables, white meats, fried foods and fresh cheeses.
