The organic pasta obtained from the processing of our wheat flour and eggs. Organic farming ensures a healthier, higher quality, and more nutritious pasta because it is rich in sugars, vitamins and minerals.
Tagliatelle pasta is essentially indestructible as long as it is stored in a cool, dry place. It is perfectly usable if it is not exposed to moisture.
How to use
Boil water in a pan, adding salt and oil as desired. Add the pasta and bring to the boil before lowering the heat and allowing it to simmer uncovered for 4 minutes. Drain, serve and enjoy!
