Tagliatelle – organic tuscan pasta


Ingredients: 100% organic durum wheat flour
Preparation: the careful selection of grains, perfect grinding, eggs and the slow drying at low temperatures give our organic pasta the flavor of tradition, perfect cooking resistance and unique digestibility.
Suggested cooking time: 4 minuts
Ideal for: finds the perfect marriage with a porcini mushroom sauce and a sprinkling of parsley. Our tagliatelle are also excellent with the traditional ragù or the very particular one with pork, fresh tomatoes, plums and pistachios

Storage Tips

Tagliatelle pasta is essentially indestructible as long as it is stored in a cool, dry place. It is perfectly usable if it is not exposed to moisture.

How to use

Boil water in a pan, adding salt and oil as desired. Add the pasta and bring to the boil before lowering the heat and allowing it to simmer uncovered for 4 minutes. Drain, serve and enjoy!
