The fruits of our Sangiovese vineyards are the sole basis of our Rosato Toscana rosé IGT wine. We harvest the grapes in time, ripe at the right point and we treat them with care, leaving the skins in contact with the must for one night only in order to extract only a small part of the colors they contain. We then start the fermentation which takes place slowly, in steel tanks at a temperature of about 16 ° C for about three weeks. In this way the primary aromas of the grapes are combined with the aromas of fermentation. It is with these simple tools that we obtain this wine; captivating with a pink color, with scents of white flowers and light red fruits.
perfect for a pleasant aperitif, it is ideal to accompany fish dishes, white meats, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
