This is the red table wine that distinguishes the sincere and genuine soul of our farm. To produce it we use Sangiovese grapes combined with lower percentages of Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo, which vary according to the year. From a pleasant mix of Sangiovese, Colorino and Canaiolo grapes we produce this red wine for the whole meal, which makes genuineness and softness its distinctive traits.
First and second courses of both meat and vegetarians with a good structure; sausages and aged cheeses.
Sangiovese is the undisputed king of the red wines of central Italy, where it is practically present in every area, proving its undisputed qualities thanks also to the various expressions of the territories in which it is grown.
