Description
Wine Characteristics
With the Chianti DOCG Diacceroni red wine we want to give it an interpretation that fully follows the path of the centuries-old Tuscan tradition, enhancing the most typical characteristics made of ruby colors, aromas of red fruits and spices and tannins present but always pleasant. And small quantities of Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo and Colorino help to enhance its complexity and harmony. A careful selection of the grapes during the harvest follows a controlled temperature vinification in steel tanks and then matures in concrete tanks until bottling.
Its intense red color is combined with a consistent, pleasant and very persistent tannic structure that combines with intense aromas of fruit, vanilla and spices.
Pairing
Ideal for meat and vegetarian dishes with a good structure, excellent with sausages and aged cheeses
Grapes

In its different varieties, it continues to demonstrate its undisputed great qualities and its marked ability to “interpret” the thousand different territories of the Tuscan hills.
