In the villages of the Marca Trevigiana it is traditional to meet under the loggias, and it is customary to accompany the “ciacole” with a glass of sparkling prosecco. We wanted to remember this ancient custom with this product obtained from grapes from selected vineyards in the Treviso foothills.
Must obtained by soft pressing, by means of a horizontal press and subsequent fermentation of the clear must at a controlled temperature and in the presence of selected yeasts.
Ideal to sip during an aperitif or to accompany vegetable soups, seafood, pasta dishes with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats.
