Wine characteristics
Our white wine “Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva Biologico“ has a straw yellow color with golden reflections that accentuate with aging. It is produced from our Vernaccia vineyards in San Gimignano located 300 meters above sea level. The training method is that of Spurred Cordon while the fermentation and aging take place in tanks of steel and cement.
Recommended food pairings
Ideal with Antipasti (appetizers), soups, white meats and dishes based on fish, vegetables and saffron.
