From our best Organic Chianti DOCG vineyards, we produce this wine with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes that stem from vines in the areas of San Gimignano and Siena located 300 meters above sea level.
The training method is Guyot, the vinification takes place in contact with the skins for 15 days, fermentation in steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for 12-16 months.
