From our best vineyards of the DOCG Chianti region, we produce this wine based on Sangiovese, Colorino and Merlot grapes which stem from vines in the areas of San Gimignano and Siena located 300 meters above sea level.
The training system is spurred cordon, the vinification is in contact with the skins for 10 days and the fermentation takes place in cement and steel tanks.
