Ingredients: Grape must and wine vinegar
Preparation: the nerum balsamic dressing is produced with the grape must cooked over direct heat with wine vinegar. We use the musts from the last harvest of Lambrusco Ancellotta (particularly black) and Spergola (particularly sweet) grapes. It reaches an important density only and exclusively with cooking.
Colour: intense and brilliant brown
Aroma: sweet and persistent nose
Taste: on the palate it is characterized by a marked tendency to sweet
Ideal for: it goes perfectly with salads, both simple and compound, carpaccio and bresaole. Also excellent on seasonal fruit and ice cream
