Ideal for: its characteristic helical shape makes it perfect for creamy sauces based on vegetables such as the classic basil pesto or with more precious and particular pesto based on walnuts and pistachios.

Storage Tips

Fusilli pasta is essentially indestructible as long as it is stored in a cool, dry place. It is perfectly usable if it is not exposed to moisture.

How to use

Boil water in a pan, adding salt and oil as desired. Add the pasta and bring to the boil before lowering the heat and allowing it to simmer uncovered for 12 minutes. Drain, serve and enjoy!
