Characteristics: the grinding of the whole grain is what makes our type 2 flour tasty and rich in nutrients also thanks to the presence of wheat germ and bran fibers. It is a flour very rich in gluten and for this reason it must be processed little to avoid getting a dough that is always too soft.
Ideal for: the large amount of gluten it contains makes it ideal for preparing pizza, bread, biscuits and desserts.
