Ingredients: 60% apple, 25% sugar, 10% juice and orange peel, 5% lemon juice
Preparation: we prepare our apple, orange and lemon jam using a variety of apple of Tuscan origin, the Francesca apple. Characterized by a very intense red skin, when peeled it manages to color its firm and crunchy pulp, giving the jam the unique flavor of the Tuscan tradition enriched by the sparkling notes of orange and lemon juice.
Ideal for: the apple, orange and lemon jam is ideal to be enjoyed spreaded on a slice of toast together with a layer of butter or used to enrich sweets and desserts.
